I myself called and informed Kotak securities of a ongoing debit that I had to pay.


It was because I had forgotten of opening an account years back.


The response from Kotak securities was not even human.Their customer doesn't even know how to serve an customer and they expect the customer to visit the home branch for any changes or account closure, if it's the case whats the need of customer service centre.


I regret having opened an account with Kotak.


I have cleared my balance with Kotak but they are not willing to close my account.


They demand me to visit home branch or send courier.Im unable to do so as I reside abroad.


I wish Kotak understand the technology age we live in and uplift their ignorence about digital age.


Kotak should understand that they cannot force an customer to be with them and take advantage of the customer circumstances.


Pathetic!!
