Worst third class service. I was promised that there is reward program in aqua gold card but after spending more than a lack I found the information was fake.
They are repeatedly bouncing cheque in spite of required balance. I am not going to refer kotak to anyone. Hdfc ICICI sbi are far far better. They don't cheat customer
