Customer's requests to Bank are simple ignored!

I made a fixed deposit with the bank in 2008, which was supposed to be matured in 2009; but they auto renewed it. When I asked for breaking the Term Deposit, they mentioned, it attracts penalty. So bid my time for 12 months 25 days and went there before the maturity date this time and gave a letter to personal banking in-charge to not renew the TD.


Today I got a mail that the TD is again renewed... am feeling highly insulted that my request is not followed...


Another beauty is - made many requests for getting my online banking password delivered to my address, while their statements (Quarterly) make it to my place, the password doesn't make it. I even asked them to get the password to the branch, so that I can collect it personally. It is nearly 11 months, that the password is still on its way from head office to branch!!!


Suggest to keep away from this bank!!!
