Slowest and the most expensive bank. Review on Kotak Mahindra Bank

I had a salary account with Kotak Mahindra Bank. once it happened that I got paid through cheque. cheque was of Kotak Mahindra Bank itself. but when I went to the bank to deposit the cheque they told me its gonna take 3 to 5 working days to be credited into your account. when I asked them that its a Kotak cheque then why its gonna take so long to be credited they simply replied its our procedure. when I said that can you give this to me in written they simply denied and asked me to leave. it took three days to be credited into my account. other then that most of Kotak ATM never works or they dont have cash at all. so I has to visit other banks ATM to withdraw the money. but after 5 transactions they use to charge me Rs.25/- for each transaction. the worst part is that they charge you for IMPS transactions as well. this is the only bank which uses CRN for internet banking login which is really not good because if you forget your CRN which is your username for internet banking you have to visit branch for it because their C.S is so bad and arrogant that they will not give it to you at all. and for all your queries they gonna redirect you to the branch saying they don't have the information
