This Kotak bank is not at all fit to be in this banking industry. This is the worst ever bank made in the history of banking. They do not have anything that has to be rated even 1 star. I think if some wants to take over this so called kirana kotak bank can take a loan from RBI and acquire this Stupid bank.No ATM's, No branches, no customer services Nothing good with this bank.God save the customers of this bank and let god give them proper guidance so that they close the account from the kirana bank.
