Today I visited Naupada branch to cancel a DD which I had requested through online netbanking. Prior to visiting I had called customer care and confirmed if I can cancel that from any branch. And they said yes you can cancel it from any branch. But young lady executive simply deny my cancellation request saying it can't be canclled from here i.e. from Naupada Branch. Her seniors said atleast give it a try but she keep saying its can't be done from here. Very pathetic she wasn't willing to try only . After some time I got my DD cancelled from Naupada Police Station branch. There also they took around 2 hours to cancel.
