I ordered a XBOX game with the cash on delivery option on Jan 12th, they called me 2 days later to confirm the order (would have probably received the order if it was one of their rival website) Anyway, I was told I would receive it in 7 working days. I still haven't received it, finally cancelled th order since I ordered it from someplace.
Such a waste of time & energy. Was wondering if I had paid by Credit card, would I have got my money back?
