Update: Got a call from the vendors partner who is supposed to dispatch the hard disk on Monday(2 days after the last committed date). Seems he works in Indian chalta hai style, was quoting a mail(that was never sent to me) on the delivery delay. and When I asked him whether he still has a committed  date of delviery, he said the same is expected in 10 more days and gave me an option to refund the money or wait for the delviery.


I thought this was the best oppurtunity to get the money charged in my credt card back and opted for the same.


Cautioned by the inputs from Fellow MS friends, I notified him that I have updated my feedback in MS and buyers are kept aware. As soon as I told him, he requested to revoke the posting which I refused too. His reply was he is not concerned about a non happy customer and he has too many new clients.


Anyway, I got the refund remitted the same day  as well a good learning.


Friends, I still want to caution you on the seller. BEWARE

update: I called up the customer care today and was shocked to understand that there are no escalation points and they seem to work like a looting properitorship company.


When I asked on the status, the same old reply, we'll check and let you know.


Buyers beware. don't ever buy products from this company

I had ordered a 1 TB Acer hard disk on 14th may 2011 and am yet to receive the same.


Normally no one picks the said no and even occasionaly some one picks the no, they have no idea on the status nor have any defined time line for delivery.(Plz note that the no is a mobile no and seems to be a personal one)


These guys seems to be really unprofessional and have no business ethics.
