I am writing this review because I am very disappointed with Koovs.com. I ordered a product on their website vide order number 388385 on 29-Dec-2011 for which full payment of 11145/- Rs was done through credit card.
I have not received any confirmation on the shipping of the product till date. Also couple of support tickets or mails are unanswered.
Calls to customer care number are useless as well. I have dropped a mail to Manish Tewari, Rajesh Kamra and Amit Shukla but have not received any response till now.
This is a clear case of fraud and loot.
