-Timely, return policy is very smooth and prompt.
-Could improve on product range. Less options in low priced items.
-Customer support is well behaved and efficient.
-The product sizing information is also not elaborate and a little more detailed information about the products would be beneficial and prevent unnecessary hassles of returning and refund.
Some tops were oddly made with the arm hole too small, but chest bigger. So the garment was oddly shaped. It was a high end top, marked down to 3 figures during the sale.
