I have purchased Shoe, T shirts, and some jewellery for my married sister . Always I found their services are very good. If I book something, get it delivered within time. The quality of Jewelry was very good
They processed the orders even in the mid night. Excellent service, please keep it up. In my opinion there are some amendment which koovs should follow.
Seven months ago I purchased a Camera that was defective
But they replaced an expensive camera lens without asking any question, when found defective after delivery for one of my close friend. They even send an expert to his home to test and verify the lens. Impressive, isn’t it?
I do not have any experience on after sale service as product qualities are good and I never had to call them for a refund.
