Hi,
I am facing issue with my kohler mixer/diverter. The Kohler engineer Mr Tushar who comes to attend complaints in Chandivali, is not experienced enough.
He was unable to fix my problem and unfortunately I had to call an external plumber to fix the problem.
Very unfortunate and poor experience. Will never recommend Kohler product to anyone.
Would request the Kohler senior management to place take cognizance of this fact.
