Disgusting service from Kodak Online Prints

I had a very bad experience using Kodak service for online photo prints. I uploaded my pictures to kodakgallery.co.in and paid the required amount using my credit card. I was suppossed to get the prints in a week, but even after 4 weeks still I have not got the prints.


The customer service is hopeless, there is no response to the mails I have sent. I tried to contact them using all mail ids I could find on the site. I got a mail from the US kodak dealer instead, stating that they have received my enquiry and asked me for my order number ,date of order etc.


Indian dealers need to understand how important commitment and quality of service is for good business.i have decided not to use this service in future.


I hope at least they will revert back the amount I paid if they are not able to complete the order,so that I can use some better service.


I would suggest not to use this service as they do not have any commitment and courtesy to respond to customer enquiries too.
