I have been to kodaikanal on package trip from KPN Travels for 2 nights &3 days. We were placed in Royal Hotels, this place is a clean-less place. We have been told while booking that we will be staying in Deluxe Rooms, but the quality and cleanliness of the room way below the standards, for the amount we paid. The bed spread was torn, the pillow covers were with blood stains, the bathrooms were unclean and the room floor was pathetic.The Hotel and the restaurant were full of flies.
We have been told during the booking, that we will have two days of sight seeing but the travel guy on arrival of the hotel told that only one day will be taken to sight seeing but after some time he told he will arrange for two days from his side.
