Wow! how lame is this? what happened to customer service and respect. from the response given by abhishek it is clear that customers voice is not heard. such abuse to client. Why would anybody lie about such a experience. all knowledgewoods had to was apologize and regret the inconvenience. insulting a client like this on public portal is not right. this shows the kind of people that work there and how the company is. I am glad I saw this now I wont contact knowledgewoods.
