Few days back I attended weekend classroom training of Agile and Scrum in Bangalore. Being a developer it was pretty difficult for me to understand different business terms and approaches. The training sessions went on for 2 days and credit must be given to the trainer for the way he delivered the concepts. Specially he explained the agile approach for software development and four phases approach of Concept-Initiate-Deliver-Deploy really well.
