I ordered a utensil at kitchen18.com(order number 401 ordered on 21st october 2012). The utensil was displayed in-stock on the website. but even after more than a month of order and every many phone call to the company, neither the product is delivered nor the money is refunded.
Sometimes the representative confirms that they are going to refund the money for my order as they cannot deliver it. But next week I am told that the owner refused to refund the money hence it is nto done till now.
My experience says. Never go for this site.
