This is not the first time I traveled with Kingfisher or it was not my first flight but consistent service quality made me to write this review.
The Good time starts as soon as you buy the ticket. This time my mother was flying alone from Bangalore to Delhi. I wanted someone to help her through out the flight and so Kingfisher.
I reached airport just 35 minutes before the flight, we didn't had much luggage but had to be in check-in queue.. But surprisingly kf have a attendants roaming outside airport and issue boarding pass even before entering in building. I was all happy to see that, I got my mothers boarding pass which was already blocked with a window seat.
Right after we got the boarding , someone from kf came and helped my mother till the security. But this was not all, right at security there was another guy to help her. He helped my mother in security check in process and took her to bus for plane.
I was so happy to know such a caring response from kingfisher. True Good time experience.
