This place is nothing different than KFC outlet in other malls but there are something they really need to work on and improve.
If you go during day time when there are less customers, it seems they don't serve fresh food. I have visited many kfc outlet, where they serve you really fast in spite of crowd. Here they make you wait for more than expected. The taste is not the same like other KFC outlet.
Ambience is great. Place is kept clean. The staff is very courteous. They really need to work hard on service to make sure that they don't loose their standards. Recommended to visit on weekends or during peak hours so that you may get fresh chicken to eat. .
