I am having a Kent water purifier since last 2 years. Whenever I have problem, It takes atleast 2 weeks to repair. That too only after calling for 10-15 times. This time my Carbon Filter is not working for 2 weeks, and the "Smart" Engineer bypassed the Filter only never to come back. We are still having to drink, dirty water even after complaining repeatedly.
The problem with Kent is that they donot have any Customer Support number to track customer complain. Like all other companies, . they have also outsourced the service to local parties, but they donot maintain any SLA and have no regard for the customers. This is the third instance in 2 years that I am feeling so neglected by this Company. Their product is only goo looking. rest is "Bhagwan Bharose' (no one is responsible)
I am not sure about other locations, but atleast in Bangalore, I would pledge not to buy any product from this Company
Please think twice before buying a Kent.
