I bought a KENT Grand+ MINERAL RO( KR130701350) on August 30th 2013 from M/s AARAMBH AQUA SOLUTIONS, Mumbai.
The product has seldom worked from date of installation necessitating multiple calls to the dealer and the service centre. While the dealer has tried to help, the service call center is atrocious in their response. Whichever technician visits( after multiple calls!) says some part needs replacement( mind you, the product is just about 60 DAYS old!) and vanishes, never to return. To top it all, we had a visit from another technician last friday, who offered to rectify the product, if he was paid separately.
Its seriously sad that a company which sells products with tall promises, abandons its customers with gay abandon once the sale is made. Will I buy another KENT product ever - NEVER!
Will I recommend others to buy it - far from it! If you are ever even "planning to think" about KENT, think again. Hard!
