I purchased a Kent RO+ UV purifier 2 years back. Although I have not had many problems with this machine, the service quality is very poor.
For the regular service you have to call them several times. Their AMC costs 3-4K p.a. Given that the product costs about 14K the AMC cost per annum is 20-25% of the product cost. This is ridiculous.
The company does not do the service itself but outsources it to the dealer who are least interested in servicing. So please mind all these things before you buy this product.
All in all a good product but lousy service and very very high AMC costs.
