I am customer of kent ro for last 2 years .
Its quite good product withbest leading RO in india .But, Iam not satifyfied with service .After 1years enginer has give me their number.On any complint they suggest call at my number .but when we calll he never come.Also customer service is also busy always .I am not satisfied with service.Genuine RO parts of kent is quite very expensive.I dont think their is logic to AMC service of 5000 to kent.
