I live in Gurgaon, Haryana. I had the same experience as most of other unfortunate persons who bought kent R.O. The service is most disgusting and the product is prone to frequent damages. I ignored cheaper products and went for it. I think I was swayed by its high voltage TV campaign. I wish I had opened this web site before buying Kent R.O.
In last 6 months, I have called them for repair atleast 15 times. They charged for filters within guaratee period. The relays have been replaced twice. The UV lamp has now burnt out. I am telephoning them for last one week to replace it under guarantee. They are just telling every time when we telephone them that we will change in 1 or 2 days for last 6 days. We are really fed up with them and I am seriously thinking of throwing it out and buying a better designed and manufactured RO.
