Its about 2 years since I brought Kent RO water purifier. Product is good, but if anything goes wrong you end up chasing their service people and the service is very very bad, technicians are not trained properly, most of the time we have to place request next day or other for some other new problem as the technicians screw up some thing else and most of the time they dont turn out for weeks as they want to collect service charges again Rs.250/- which valid for 1 month. Already spent lot of money fixing the RO to work.
One ends up with a poorly serviced product after paying 13500/-, some time I feel made a mistake by buying this product. Decided will not recommend the product to any one. I helped some of my friends buy this RO system and I think made a big mistake. I would suggest all who consider buying think second time.I said this, It seems that this is far better than other famous brands.. No body listens at Kent RO. Will try to escalate to consumer forum if it persists.
