Friends I would like to bring to your Information Never Ever Buy any products
From Kent Water Purifier .As they Cheat the People .
In Our Area the water TDS level is 600 PPM and Life of the Water Purifier Parts should me more
it should last longer .but its the Opposite always having one Repair or the other.
The New Product which come is already proven defective, also worst
After Sales Servicing
I had major problems with the Kent Purifier I purchased in July 2006
When recently water was not purifying the Dissolved Salt Content they Replaced
The RO-Membrane and TDS adjusting Valve which costed Rs 2, 350
Which after few hours stopped working .
Now I call the technician ‘N’ number of times he is unwilling
To come and Repair the Water Purifier.
I Feel The Best Plan would be is to buy Big Bottled Water from Shops .
I have Decided to goto Consumer Court and file a complaint claiming damages.
Has Anyone gone to consumer court could you please tell me what is
Procedure to launch complaint.
I would suggest all of you to launch complaint so that the company is aware what
Issues are faced by customers.
