Lame service, lame product, 4-6 full services in a year '000 s of rupees per service, doesn't work, company has no resp. Poor empathy, DO NOT BUY anything from Kent water filters.
Just had another service, before the 2-3 days staff took to find parts and return, the product after 3400 rps never worked and started beeping again, this is normal for their service and repairs.
Even thou we bought the extended warranty they don't , through some erroneous fine print cover parts and labour, so what's the point? We bought a ext 3 yr warranty, a total con, a complete sham, do not buy or try to get fair play from these guys.
It's pretty simple, you pay money, get a product expect it to work, last service call took 15 days, we have guests from overseas occasionally, we are constantly worried about the health of their water, .
DO NOT BUY KENT WATER PRODUCTS, what a massive disappointment, they if they had any faith in their products with this many major services , would surely replace if we spent so much on their premium product.
We will look for other forums or even start our own to keep up the rhetoric due to their complete lack of empathy understanding , correct action or proper customer care, we would never buy again.
