I had purchased kent UV system 8 months back. Till last week it was running ok. Suddenly it stopped working, (a red led indication the power on was not glowing). So I searched for kent office in pune on google, I couldn't find one but got one for their dealers address. So I called them on saturday and registered my complain, they said they will send the engineers in 48 hours.
So tuesday I called them back, and they said their engineers were busy hence couldn't come, so I asked when will they come, then the lady on the phone she had to ask the engineer and then she will call me back. So thursday I got again phone from the lady, she was asking about the complain, I again explained her the problem, then I asked her when is the engineer coming, again she told she has to ask them and she will call back. But I didnt get any answer from her till now. It has been 6 days, but still the engineer hasnt come to my home.
Couple of days back even I wrote email to kent head office in noida complaining about bad service, but even I havent received any reply from them too.
So my review is the product is good, but the service is really really bad. Quality water is very important thing so we cannot compromise with it even for one day. So I wont suggest to my fellow users to buy the product, once it gets failed you have to go through very harrowing time for reparing it back.
