This is Orange Impex 's response to above customers comment ...
We are authorized distributors for Kent water purifiers in Pune and PCMC area and we had sold one Kent water purifier to above customer. The purifier was installed fine as it was working for 4 - 5 months without any problem. and the same hardware ( input water control valve ) was fitted at this customers place as we fit to all other customers place. ( here I must mention that this valve is made of a very strong iron and the same is almost unbreakable if used appropriately ).
After few months there was some leakage problem with kitchen water tap which was near to the water control valve of the purifier and to overcome the same problem this customer called up nearby plumber as it was nothing to do with the water purifier supplied by us. But while doing the plumbing work both the water taps broke as the plumber was not well trained and the kitchen was full of water within very short time. After this problem customer called up our office as this plumber also broke water purifier's input water control valve while doing the repairing work .
When our technician reached the site he found that the control valve which is almost unbreakable was broken due to plumber's mistake and the same was not covered under warrenty which is mentioned on the warrent card as well so my technician said it will be charged as per the companys price for which customer agreed and asked our technician to get it replaced. after 2 hrs of hardwork our technician overcome the problem and asked for the money to this husband and wife and both started to talk in a different voice and were asking our technician to leave their place . so technician called me up to talk to the customer , so I asked customer whats the problem when it was cleared before starting the repairing work that the part is not covered under warrenty and is broken due to plumbers mishandling but customer was not ready to listen so I called up the Regional Sales Manager of the company who also repeated the same thing to the customer but customer had decided that his problem has been solved and why to pay the money so I informed him that if he wont pay the charges then his name will be added in the defaulters list and henceforth nobody will come to your place for servicing and I asked my person to leave the customers place without taking any charges .
So this is the story and the title of story is " ULTA CHOR KOTWAL KO DATAY " So attention all the dealers and shopkeepers !!!! Stay away from above BUNTY AUR BUBBLY or be prepared to lose your money....
