Most pathetic and useless service by Kent. I had logged my service request( after spending 60 minutes of talk time and 24 hours of efforts to reach Kent service support lines) 2 days back but till date no one from Kent service visited my place for service.
I have decided to go online and write detailed review on Social Media and other consumer sites about my horrible and pathetic experience about kent service so that I can prevent all your prospective customer to fall in your trap after purchase of Kent product.
