I live in chennai. I am owning a Kent RO for the past one year the customer service has been pathetic. It takes 10 day for the service person to come or they never turn up. And when they turn up the service person says the spares are not available or is not able to fix the problem. All they come and do is clean the filters and refix, they dont know anything more than that.
I made a huge mistake buy the machine it has so many problems never seem to work properly.
Every other week I have to call for service and pay 250/- per call. I could as well buy Mineral Water from the market for the amount I am paying for service.
I ended up buying another machine as the Kent Ro is not working at all. Just a table spoon full if water at a time and the water keeps following out of the outlet pipe.
