I had purchased the Kent and within the warranty period and I am helpless, I requested for a mechanic/engineer on23rd June and till today after 5 days also there is no reply.
The mechanic/engineers have a royal timing ie., 10 am to 5 pm.
Before and after their timings u dont have any facility. u condition becomes pathetic after purchasing the said item as u r no say being a customer.
