I got this Kent Grand+ water purifier as a gift. But the maintenance cost/expense will loot your money. Its just 3rd year I am using it. I paid almost more than the price of the new purifier just in maintenance and service charges in 2.5 years. The so called authorized service centre people will come and bill you for the spares like unbelievable prices.
The fun part is that, you will not be able buy the filters outside the authorized service people.
If you try to call them to buy the filters, they will not give buy saying it is not available or out of stock because they want to get the service charges and extra money than the original value of the filters. All is from my personal experience happened in Bangalore.
If you not concerned about service/maintenance costs it will not be a problem.
