The product is quite good, but their service contractors are quite bad. They were supposed to change 4 filters(Sediment, Carbon, post carbon and UF). First day the technician brought only carbon filter and changed it, then after repeated calling he brough the Sediment filter and changed it.
Then to change the other two he came again after a few days but brought local market, used filters that he removed from someone else's unit. By this time I got fed up, and decided to just not call again. If you can buy the filters on amazon or ebay, it's not difficult to change and you don't have to deal with these local service contractors who take money from both Kent and you and just end up cheating. This is at Chandigarh and the local contractor is Guru Battery Service.
