I think it's just the brand which attracted me to buy this product but frankly speaking it's a pain to maintain. I am using it from last two months only and problems see very often. Even after buying this expensive purifier I had to rely on packed water as technicians also take some time to fix it even in warranty period.
If you are not a fan of Hema Malini then you must avoid it.
