I stay in chennai and hear as the temperature is always hot n humid there are only two options for peaceful sleep in d room one AC n next is Air cooler.I had few problems with installation of AC n moreover my roomate were not interested in buying AC so I had to opt for air cooler.
I tried hard to google n find if cooler will server the purpose of cooling my room n I found negative respose every where but I had no option I played a gamble I bought Kenstar Air cooler CW0121.Now let me dealt with d product.Most important point Cooler will never cool ur room .Never expect a cooler to cool d room it will just blow cool air once u pour water in it.
Cold air coming from d cooler is sufficient for 2 or 3 at d max to sleep comfortably.I keep my cooler on for whole night and enjoy the cold breeze. Never expect cooler to cool d room.Next point to note is when u buy a cooler always keep in mind ur room ventilation .Cooler is effective only if u have a ventilated room atleast one window open and always open d door for better air circulation while u on d cooler.
Kenstar Air cooler CW0121 has a big mouth for air outlet and if u pour 45 lt of water u can enjoy for a max of 23 hours then u need to again pour water.
I strictly recommend it to bachelors and working professionals who cannt afford AC.One would not repent if he buys Kenstar Air cooler CW0121 I dont know abt other models
Note: Max of 2 to 3 in a ventilated room and dont go n purchase cooler with high hope.
I can assure u it wont be a waste either.
