The performance of this product is terrible as well as the efficiency factor is completely missing from this product because of the poor cooling effect and the area being covered by it is very less according to the investment made.
It is just fine for two people sitting just in front of it other than that no other person will be able to feel its effect. Also, the material quality and the build of the product is very poor and is not reliable at all.
The service is equally not satisfying at all as even after I lodged complaint several time for the replacement of the Honey Comb pads no action is taken.
All I want to say is that it is not an intelligent action at all to invest this much amount for this product.
