This is a morning( breakfast) cereal which is very high in fibre and loads of nutrition. This is an awesome pack of cereals because it has muesli, dryfruits and other good ingredients and I would definitely purchase it for my morning and evening snack because it's very very healthy. Even the packaging is just fine.
