A muslim boy, Mansoor ( Sushant Singh Rajput) , helps the pilgrims in finishing their religious trip in one of the difficult religious places i.e. Kedarnath.


The younger of the two daughters of one of the head Pandits, Mukku ( Sara Ali Khan) , is carefree, and vengeful.


Mukku dislikes her father's choice of groom, as her fiance ditches her elder sister to marry Mukku. This is also the reason why Mukku's sister is cold towards her.


In the meanwhile, Mukku likes the helpful and caring Mansoor, and starts making moves to be with him, and eventually succeeds.


The story takes a turn when their families come to know about the blooming love story.


The story is set against the backdrop of Kedarnath involving the devastating flood of 2013. It's a fictitious story aiming no mocks at anyone - living or dead. The fictional story showcases that love can occur anywhere and in between anyone.


The plot is predictable ( 3/5) .


The acting deserves applaud ( 4.5/5) as no one looks fake on screen. Sara Ali Khan is commendable keeping in mind this is her debut film.


Music is absolutely loveable ( 4.5/5) .


Cinematography leaves audience in awe ( 4/5) .


A thumbs up and is recommended to all romance lovers.
