Constantine was great. Review on Keanu Reeves

Keanu Reeves is one of those guys who has tremendous luck perhaps only because he is so malleable.

This review is more about his latest movie Constantinewhich I just watched yesterday. It was a welcome change from a spate of useless good for nothing movies I have seen recently. The ticket was expensive perhaps because normal movie theatres could not afford to screen the movie but it was worth every penny.

The theme was good the special effects were not the very best I have seen till date but just that minutest notch below but still really really great. The start was great really great somewhat like the original exorcist movie ( I do not want to disclose more) .

Good thing about Keanu as far as I could make out is that he is so maleable , he will do exactly as you want him to do ( that is my inference after seeing his body language) and this coupled with tons of luck has made him play the lead in some of the most successful movies in the last few years starting from Speed.

Another thing , Keanu must have worked like a maniac on his physique , he has become leaner but more muscular since speed.

Keeanu does not have Charishma or a screen presence but he is the teenagers' favourite and that must be ensuring that he gets megabucks.

Constantine was good , its theme too was good, its editing is a bit wanting in experience and that stupid American trait of ramming humour down the throat of a serious situation is something they should do away with now , it is high time they did it be serious when you have to be serious !

It successfully compares with Matrix III though not with Matrix II which was a masterpiec

But all in all Constantine is worth seeing ! Go see it but if possible only in a multiplex with Dolby or Bose!
