I am extremely happy, I got full amount refunded. One month ago, I bought two products from Kaunsa.com. One Casio Edifice EFR50 Chronograph Men Wristwatch and other one is Lotto shoes. I received both items in three days. Both are genuine, but the size of is different then immediately I raise a ticket for same from "My Account" section. Next day morning I got a call from this site. I spoke with Mr. Nitin Kumar, he said to me send back your product and we will provide you new one or full amount refund. Then I choose full amount refund and raised a ticket for this.
After twelve days, I got full amount on bank account. I purchased product from Debit card. I think Kaunsa.com is best for online shopping. It is a reliable website for purchasing goods. I am satisfied with Kaunsa. Best website.
