I ordered "Casio Edifice EF 535BK 1AV All Black" from Kaunsa.com in the first week of April. They gave me a delivery date of 18th of the month. By 18th it was not delivered, so I started inquiring through support tickets. After two inquiries, it was delivered towards the end of the month.
The very same day I got to know that the product I got is a fake watch( depending on the validation criteria mentioned on the Casio original site), I'm following up with the customer support people since 22nd of April and till today they have not sorted out my problem.
They say that they are contacting the seller, but seller is not giving an update on this. They do not take the responsibility of the product sold from their site.
My one liner suggestion to the people reading this post. DO NOT BUY FROM KAUNSA.COM. If you don't get the product, it's fine! Atleast you wont loose your money.
