I ordered Micromax Canvas 2 on 17th April 2013, I was committed the Delivery on 2nd May 2013, as you can see today is 11th May 2013. The customer care executives are not at all responsive, even the entire Mify Solutions Pvt Ltd (i.e Owner of the Kaunsa Portal ) seems like a con to me. I am not sure when I will receive my product or the refund.
Please DO NOT BUY anything unless you are located in Delhi where you can go and thrash the whole office if you are cheated like me. The response is very sloppy and every moment after you make the payment seems that you are being deceived.
Can you please help me where to complain against such useless firm ? I mean there must be a Consumer Forum or something.
