I am a customer of karnata bank ( borivli branch) . The staff is really very good and helpful and understanding. There is never a hustle for anything or any kind of work. The interesy rates as concerned with F.D's is very good compared to other banks.
Things are done very fast and it does not involve the problem of standinv in long lines. The facilities are smooth and fast and the efficient. Really a good experience.
