I had purchased Kaff chimney with assurance from shopkeeper that it is world class product with best after sales service.
For six months it worked ok; then it developed a major snag of not operating at right speed; contacted service center; they told that they will call in a day’s time.
Waited for one week; checked again; no response; went to shopkeeper where I have purchased the chimney; he called sales manager who insured that mechanic will come in a day’s time and will rectify the fault. That was exactly three months ago; have reminded again and again but service people are not listening.
My Sincere advice please avoid KAFF products; bad service and bad products.
Even if they give you at 70 % discount; please avoid this company’s product.
