Kaff Bangalore service center technician named R Sundar visited and took away the Kaff Chimney for repair on 28-Mar-2011 on the pretext repairing fitting back on 31-Mar-2011 vide service incoice # - 1446
Till today I have made umpteen calls atleast more than 50+ calls to Kaff Service center # -9343777711 (Service Supervisor - Srinivas, ) , Kaff Service Center Incharge - Bangalore - some Mr Rao # -8892987759.
Now they neither pick my phone calls nor give me concrete answers. Is this you call best customer support, premium brand KAFF on your website ? If kaff cannot serve its customer why do you have this care centers and then harrass them
Better to avoid this Chimney Brand.
