I am aware about KTL since 1999 and over the years many professionals have found a good entry into the market and are having top positions in the field of SAP, CORBA , E Commerce etc .
I think about the company is its passion and drive and adaptability to market conditions .moreover they have all the right mix to create a good environment and provide opportunities in emerging technologies ... It is up to the trainees to make the best out of it.
Recently they have started initiatives in XI , Web 2.0 , E Learning 2.0 , Gaming programming etc and these are really emerging areas .They are also working on Microsoft surface .
The company provides good environment , open culture and opportunities in emerging areas . In the current times it is bests said that when the going gets tough - the tough get going The reality is that markets are currently down and it is on us and the company to adapt to the situation and prepare ourselves to get back strongly when the markets bounce back 9 maybe within a year)
