I ordered through them, my order no. 733077. I started following up when the order did not reach even after 1 hour. When I called them they disconnected thrice saying they cant hear me. After that one person put me on hold for 15 minutes, after which I disconnected.
Then I called the restaurant and I was told that they did not receive the order and advised me to call Justeat.in.Then I got a call from Justeat and I was informed that I cancelled my order. I lost my patience at this point, then this gentleman told me that they can still deliver but would take another 40-45 minutes. What a shame! My question to this company is why do you pay for hiring such a useless customer care? Why the hell you exist when you don't have courtesy to send someones food on time.
It is food damn it, someone is hungry just because they are waiting for your food and after 1 and half hour you say there was confusion.
Please dont order from these useless folks if you want to satisfy your hunger, please call directly the restaurant.
