I ordered food using just eat website on Nandas, at 10 pm(october 29th 2014). after that I called restaurant at 10:30 for status. they said it was out for delivery. I have waited for 20 mins but no response. at 10:55 pm I called Nandas and just eat.
They simply said mobile switch off during delivery at 10:30(same time I called restaurant) after that I called both Nandas and just eat no one responded untill 11:20 . after that a guy called from just eat saying same reason mobile switched off(i have missed call alert and my mobile was on at that time).
They simply saying that I can give u discount coupons(treating customer as beggars for improper service). to be frank I have cross verfied my mobile customer care also they said no one called you the time frame u have mentioned.
at the end just eat guys asking me to collect food from restaurant(note I opted for home deilvery). they simply made me starve whole night and also Nandas guys even more worse than just eat as if my issue not even happened at all. **just eat don't treat your customers as beggars a**nd Nandas try to serve better
