I ordered on justeat.in by paying online. My order was never delivered. Their customer support number is waste, it just plays the hold music if you opt of status tracking of order.
After I sent a mail, I got a call and was informed that " There are no delivery boys", then I asked if I could come and pick the order. I was later called back again and told to go to a different branch restaurant (which is very far from my place). It was frustrating and I cancelled my order.
Well, I paid online and they said they will refund amount in 7 DAYS. ( So never pay online at justeat).Don't depend on this site to fill your hunger, you will remain hungry ( and frustrated)
